>Helping you utilized your orthodontic insurance benefits are important to us at Bright Orthodontics. Our billing department helps you to maximize reimbursement for the orthodontic services that you or your children need for a healthy, happy smile.
Insurance policies vary and when a combination of services is used, which is common, the coverage for the other services can be affected. You will not know the exact out-of-pocket cost to you until you receive your explanation of benefits from your orthodontic insurance provider.
While we cannot tell you the exact final cost of orthodontic services, we can estimate your coverage in good faith based on our experience with various insurance companies and conversations with your carrier about your policy. But, we cannot guarantee benefits or coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion is due and must be paid at the time of service unless you have made prior arrangements with our billing office staff for a different payment plan.
As a service to our orthodontia patients, we will bill your insurance company for services. We allow 45 days to receive payment from the insurance company. After 60 days, you are responsible for the remaining balance.
If settlement with the insurance company results in a credit, you may use the credit toward your next appointment or you may request that we process a refund check to be mailed to the home address we have on file. If you request a refund, please ensure we have the correct address.
